Sweep, gray out concrete cleaner mop regularly to prevent scratches from dirt and gravel. Week, mop with a little detergent and warm water to remove stains, rinse with clean water and allow to air dry. Do not use hard cleaners that can break down and matt the sealant. For dirt or spillage, damp mop with a commercially polished concrete cleaner that is pH neutral. The easiest way to clean exterior concrete is with a pressurized fluid filled with a solution of trisodium phosphate and water. If you do not have one, water the concrete with a garden hose and use a stiff brushed brush that push the broom to distribute the trisodophosphate and scrub it off. Complete the cleaning with a good rinse and allow the area to air dry.

Painted concrete floors are gray concrete cleaner in much the same way as other surfaces.
